We offer a free site survey to determine your requirements, establishing stock levels, method of soiled collection, call frequency, wiper size and COSHH issues. Download BTS_COSHH.pdf Standard size wipes are supplied in 8KG bags. And 100, (by weight), for jumbo wipes. Most of our customers take recycled cloths but there is an option to take new, for a premium, for applications such as screen-printing. Our service representatives are instructed to provide an immediate exchange of soiled bags for clean – so that you are much less likely to run short of stock. You will be given a delivery note at the end of each call, which can then be used to check your invoice. We charge only for the clean bags supplied. We give you a 5% allowance for stock losses but anything above this figure would be chargeable. It is therefore important that you ensure that your printers do not over-fill the soiled bags (or under-fill). Please be aware of our instructions for packing bags of soiled wipes, (or wheelie bins). The polythene bags that the wipes are supplied/returned in have been certified to UN3175 so we are compliant with the carriage of dangerous goods legislation. Business
Textile Services was established in 1996. The company has grown to become a strong
regional supplier of recyclable printers wipes and associated services.
Once
in the laundry the wipes are processed through a facility that was specifically
designed to handle printers wipes. There is an effluent plant monitored by Severn
Trent and the final waste is neutralised and de-watered through a filter press,
before going to landfill. We are not required to register with the environment agency.
